A recent project I completed during a condo rehab had me deciding where to invest my money with lighting. The dining room chandelier was dated brass, yet it had a spotlight and dimmer on it, so rehabbing made sense.

Step #1- Removing & taping it off

Step #2- Spraying matte black, multiple coats for the best coverage

Step #3- Adding a ceiling medallion gave it more presence

Step #4- Covering the exposed chain and cord with a cover to coordinate with my color scheme

Step #5- Replacing the dated shade with glass cylinders for a modern look
